""Willow Marsh" was a hard book to put down and it was long after my bedtime when I finished. This is a well written story that was a bit outside my comfort zone. There is one point in the story that triggered some very old and scary memories of basements, one in particular..." - Karin, Amazon
"To say “Willow Marsh” is one of the best YA novels I’ve ever read doesn’t do it justice. It’s one of the best novels I’ve read, period. Great characterizations, a very moody small town, and some Gothic Civil War history, all mixed in with some creepy yet believable supernatural elements. The main character Tessa is a flawed heroine trying to atone for a horrific accident, and is one of the most engaging heroines I’ve ever come across. The supporting characters are all relatable and have distinct personalities, and it’s impossible not to like them...well, most of them (there are a few unsavory characters in the mix that I won’t spoil for the reader). And I utterly fell in love with Graham, for better or for worse. I blasted through Willow Marsh in a few afternoons, and want more!" - Edward, Amazon
"I really enjoyed this book. It kept me on my toes. Willow Marsh is a small town with a lot of secrets and I had a hard time deciphering which ones were real, who to trust, and what was going to happen next. Great read!" - Kreidoct09, Amazon
"Such a great read! I couldn’t put it down, so I finished it in a day! The protagonist is really someone many people can connect with and the antagonists are really people you don’t wanna see on the streets! A perfect combination of sad and happy events taking place." - Caroline, Amazon
"I truly loved this book! I wasn’t sure it could top Cassidy’s book, Good Girls Stay Quiet, but I think I loved it even more than that book! I was definitely scared through half the book, so if you get scared easily don’t be an idiot like me and read it at 3 AM! But do yourself a favor and buy the book. It’s never got a dull moment. You’re always wanting more. SO.MUCH.FUN!" - K.V., Amazon
"I loved that I could sit back, cuddle-up and get scared without the story going to dark or evil. I had a hard time putting it down when it was time to go to work, so I took it with me to read at lunch time! I also loved Tessa's strength to never give up. I highly recommend this book!" - Debra, Amazon
"I love the idea of talking with loved ones who have passed. But beware - the door swings both ways when you do! Original story line. Fantastic characters. Twists and turns to keep you on your toes. Loved it." - Squitoey, Amazon

This author is quickly becoming a favorite of mine! I was introduced to her through reading Good Girls Stay Quiet, and Willow Marsh was so much more! I didn't think it was possible. If you have not read either of these books yet, what are you waiting for??? And even better, it is teen friendly!

Jo Cassidy's small town of Willow Marsh houses quite a lot of secrets and it is difficult to know whom to trust. Tessa must rely on her heart and her gut to survive this creeptastic tale of tragedy, magic, and love. I could have easily read this book in one sitting but alas, I was forced to sleep and work. The plot twists are gnarly in this thrilling suspenseful ghost story. Another 5-star performance from Cassidy!

I could not turn the pages of this book fast enough. I didn't know what was real and was was percieved. There are things going on that made me glad I was reading when the lights were on and I wasn't alone.

From the start things get creepy for Tessa. We're talking ghosts & possession.. It's a well written story I absolutely loved.

This novel was a real page turner. It grabbed my attention from the very first page and never let go. There's just something about a small town that seems to be hiding things from the newcomers that puts me on edge. Evil does indeed walk among the people of Willow Marsh. Sometimes it even floats unseen!
